Autumn Make Up Bag

04 October 2018

It's that time of year where I swap out peachy blushes and bronzers for my dark lipsticks and brown metallics in my make up bag. I love the transition from Summer to Autumn, it's my favourite season and I am a huge advocate for berry tones and dark metallic eye colours.

I tend to stick to the same foundation, NARS Sheer Glow in Santa Fe, as I love the shade and the finish. Some girls swap foundations throughout the year and I literally have this one for all occasions as I feel it just fits my skin and when I try something new I always come back to this one. I feel as though Santa Fe gives me that dewy, medium coverage that makes my skin look put together and glowy.

I love a dark lip in the Autumn/Winter months and I realised after putting my Charlotte Tilbury Kidmans Kiss back in my shelf I noted that I bought it for it's light pinky colour for the Summer months but as it was so warm, didn't tend to reach for it as much. But now the colder weather is coming along I have already worn my CT Bond Girl a handful of times. I always get so many compliments on it to which makes me feel 👌

My other favourite go to is the CT Eyes To Mesmerise in Marie Antoinette and love the cream finish as it doesn't crease on me! I feel it actually makes my blue eyes stand out and a little definitely goes a long way.  The best part is that this shadow is buildable, I wear a little bit throughout the day and build up a smokey look for evening looks.

And last but not least, one of  my newest additions is the Hourglass blush in Mood Exposure. This is my first Hourglass purchase and I am in love and now willingly accept the hype around these products. I cannot get enough of the plum colour and the glow it gives my cheeks. The pigment is perfect and once again a little goes a long way! I now have my eyes set on the Ambient Lighting Powder and the Stylo Lipstick.
